With over 11 years of hands-on experience spanning the full software development life-cycle, Mr. Fridkin brings a wealth of expertise and knowledge in the areas of business development, project management, business process definition, requirements engineering, and software development. Prior to joining S INTERNET, Mr. Fridkin worked at Plateau Systems, a market leader in enterprise software solutions for managing organizational talent, including learning, performance and compensation management. At Plateau, he was the Requirement Management director, responsible for establishing a requirements management practice from the ground up and directing a team of business analysts that was instrumental in defining and building Plateau’s software products. Previously, Mr. Fridkin held several hands-on technology positions at Keane, AAMC, Dante Consulting, and InDyne with exposure to the full software engineering life-cycle on a variety of technical platforms and environments from mainframe to client-server to web (including both J2EE and .NET). Mr. Fridkin's extensive consulting experience includes successful IT consulting engagements with prominent clients in both the government and private sectors, such as NASA, the Department of Veterans Affairs, Inter-American Development Bank, Verizon, GEICO and others. Throughout his consulting work, he has been committed to deliver complete solutions that meet client expectations and needs. Mr. Fridkin holds a cum laude BS degree in finance from Georgetown University and a magna cum laude MBA degree from the Johns Hopkins University. |
